In this presentation we show results of a broad spectrum of BA outcome-dependent values related to mortality that are derived from several biological markers including those from physiological states (e.g., blood pressure and cholesterol levels), epiclocks (e.g., GrimAge), and telomere length. The presentation is organized around two distinct tasks: (a) generalizing and fine-tuning an existing structural equation model (SEM) to assess adult BA that reflects different physiological systems; and (b) compare BA estimates derived from biomarkers and/or epigenetic domains that are trained on multiple health outcomes reflecting different physiological systems. We will use a nationally representative longitudinal dataset fielded in the US (HRS) which contains information on older adult health indicators and mortality follow-up.
